Foods With Vitamin C

How many of these foods do you eat on a regular basis? This is a really good check in to use. I think in general, we think we eat a lot more fruit and vegetables then we do sometimes.

As many of you know I’m a big advocate of fruit consumption and when I work with people who think they eat a lot of fruit usually it’s just a token Apple or a Banana that they are referring to and that really isn’t a lot of fruit.

That’s just an example so I thought I’d share this graphic to get our minds going and open to how much vitamin C we actually get in our diets. I firmly believe supplementation is almost always necessary. Right now I am personally taking vitamin C-IV Therapy which is delivering high doses of vitamin C delivered through intravenous. I started this in March of 2021 when I was first diagnosed with my with my ‘apparent’ Stage 4 Incurable Cancer.

Vitamin C is a huge deal and something that I firmly believe we should all make a priority to get into our bodies.

In fact, I marvel at how I have not had a cold or anything like that, since well prior to March of 2020 and I remember that date just because of the pandemic starting.

And then in March of 2021 not only was I diagnosed with cancer but I had COVID (the original version) and with very little symptoms at all. I didn’t even know I had it actually until I went for a preop for my surgery to have removed the life threatening cyst in my colon! Oh yes, So that is another thing I went through a very intense 5 and a 1/2 hour surgery with 6 days in the hospital which takes a huge hit on your body and still no cold or anything like that.

I attribute the supplementation I take on a regular basis, my food choices, and the vitamin C that I take as being helpful in all of this. I’m also on medications that apparently weaken your immune system and still no cold or anything like that so that so I think it’s pretty powerful

Breaking News!

How many times in a day do we hear this? Breaking News…?

Do you know what ‘breaking news’ does to you? It breaks you. It breaks us!

One of the things that we can do for our health and for our peace of mind is to stop watching ‘Breaking News’!

I look at the time I have left on earth as a bank of time with deficits and deposits. When I watch or witness something that produces fear or anxiety in me, it is a deficit. And as with all time deficits, I can never get the time back. So not only do I lose precious time by watching fearful things, I take away from my time bank a time that could have been filled with JOY or healing or anything positive that would enhance my life!

For me personally, I have become very selective in where and with whom I spend my time. In each and every moment of my life, I want to ensure that I am adding to and enhancing to the gift of my life.

Once you start to become more conscious of your decisions moment by moment, it becomes easier and more clear to you what is important to YOU!

I hope that you too get selective as to what you use your time bank to focus on and that you also get crystal clear on what is important to you for your peace of mind and well-being.

We All Face Challenges & Dilemmas

Let’s face it, we all have to face challenges and dilemmas in our lives.

I have learned that the less that I ‘push through’ but more so that I allow things to flow toward a solution, the easier I handle dilemmas. Just like a river flows over and around debris and obstacles, so it is for us in the earthly world as spiritual beings.

Trust is one of my favorite words and forces. I trust that things will work out and that solutions to dilemmas will present themselves. And when I trust and I believe this to be true, it happens. 🙂

I use TRUST as a verb and I expect good outcomes. This is what creates the natural flow to solutions.

So the magic formula is to drop resistance or another way to say this is to stop arguing with what is.

Next is to use trust as a verb and trust that things will work out and that solutions will present themselves.

And lastly, believe. Believe that things are always working out for your highest good because when you believe it, it is true for you. Very simple.

And never forget that life really is this:

“It’s all make- believe

So with that said, I for one, make-believe in my story that things work out for me. I use MAKE-BELIEVE as a verb also. 🙂 Something to think about.

Take Time For Coziness

Cozy = giving a feeling of comfort, warmth, and relaxation

Sounds good doesn’t it?

Taking time to be cozy is more than just enJOYable, it is very good for your health.

Anytime that you can calm the mind and rest the body, you are doing wonders for your health.

Being cozy helps to soothe the soul, ease the stress on the adrenal glands (fight or flight is turned off), calms the mind, lets the body rest, and so much more.

But do we really need an excuse to be cozy? No!

I hope that you take time to make coziness a priority.

Aloe Vera – Amazing For Summer!

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is an amazing plant for healing and nutrition. I am grateful to have this huge aloe vera plant that has recently given me 4 babies or pups as they are called. The babies are bigger than most aloe plants that I have seen in the past lol. You can see the one pup that I have left in the pot with its Mom.

Aloe is good for both internal use and external and you can find a lot of information on the internet about it and ways to use it.
