Guilt Free Creamy Vanilla Shake!

Oh So Good!

2 scoops of TLS Nutrition Shake –
Creamy Vanilla
• ½ cup strawberries
• A handful of spinach
• ½ cup cucumber
• 1 Tbsp chia seeds or hemp hearts
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or
your favorite dairy-alternative milk)
• A few ice cubes

Put all the ingredients in a blender and
voila. Enjoy!

Kale Meets Beet! True Love Forever

This juicing recipe has the added weight loss benefits by adding lemon and cinnamon.

Ingredients:

  1. medium beets, scrubbed, halved 4 cups Kale

1 medium cucumber

¼ lemon

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Add all ingredients to juicer, alternating between the ingredients. Serve in a glass with cinnamon whisked in.
