Update & Review of ‘Isotonix Turn Down’

So in the wee hours of this morning I was awake and wrote a blog post over on my main blog. You can read it here:

I since have an amazing update. I am just thrilled!

While I was writing that blog post I drank this Turn Down supplement. I used warm water and it was so soothing and calming. I liked it so much that I made myself another one to sip on. So I ended up having two 8 oz servings.

It made be very relaxed and sleepy so when I finished writing my last blog post I went back to bed. It was around 6:15 am. And here is the awesome part….

I did not wake up at all until 11:15 am and when I did wake up I felt like I had slept for 10 years. I felt amazing. And it gets better. I am gonna get personal here. I went to the bathroom and had this amazing soft and gentle poop. I knew right that that not only did the Magnesium in this product soothe me and put me to sleep but it helped me to relax the colon and bowel and thus an amazing morning bowel movement!

It felt like Win-Win-Win I tell ya. I am still feeling amazing and couldn’t wait to share this product review here.

What did I take?

Ingredients in Isotonix Turn Down

There are fabulous ingredients in this supplement but I really want to point out the Magnesium, Calcium, Vitamin C, and L-Tryptophan among others! And I was pleasantly surprised to see 500 IU’s of Vitamin D3!

There has never been a better time than now to make sure that you are getting an adequate intake of Vitamin D.

I think this supplement is superb and I for one will use it when I need to relax or sleep or need help with having an extra easy bowel movement. 🙂

One Easy Tip For Difficulty Falling Asleep

“Sleep is like a dove. If we keep our hand calm she will sit on it. If we try to catch her, she flies away.” Paul Dubois

Sleep is so important for our health. It is important not only for physical health but mental and emotional health as well.

Frustration

Sometimes when I get really frustrated about something, I think of children who are tired. We are just like children. When we are emotionally drained or exhausted, we just want to cry or whine or lash out. At least I do. 🙂 This can be when sleep comes to the rescue!

Naps are Good!

I am a lover of naps and I do tend to stay up too late and to also get up early so naps help to balance out my sleep when I need help with that. I see naps as very healthy.

Don’t Fight Your Sleeplessness!

What I have learned over the years is that sleep can be evasive, just like the quote refers to. So, I have found that the best thing you can do is to not fight your sleeplessness. When I cannot sleep I say something to the effect of “It is okay that I am not sleeping, my body is still resting and this counts”. Or “It is okay that I am not sleeping, by lying here my body is healing and rejuvenating regardless”.

As a person who both studies and works with the power of the mind, I know that by saying these things and programming my mind to believe them, they work!

Do not underestimate this simple technique. If you have trouble sleeping, I encourage you to try it and to let go of the struggle. 🙂
