As many of you know, I am now a big advocate of drinking celery juice everyday or as often as I can, and I’m talkin straight up celery juice, with nothing added. There are so many people are asking me about it. In fact, almost everywhere I go, even offline, people are asking me about it and how to make it. So I decided I would put together this blog post to share some great info and refer you to its benefits and how to make it.
The source for this amazing life changing food, which is actually an herb, comes from Anthony Williams, The Medical Medium.
The Benefits of Drinking Celery Juice
There are countless miraculous benefits from drinking straight celery juice and one of them is to help rebuild the hydrochloric acid in the gut. So many people suffer from this lack of the combination of good hydrochloric acid and they cannot break down foods properly and in turn assimilate the nutrients from them. It is a serious issue!
Anthony says some of the additional benefits are:
– it’s alkalizing
– enzyme-rich
– electrolyte-enhancing
– liver-repairing
– blood-sugar-balancing
– antiseptic
– eases constipation and bloat
– has calming affects
– helps with fear and anxiety
– helps increase bile to help with fatty liver
– helps with inflammation
– helps to break down and flush out viruses and bacteria
– cleanse the thyroid and increase production of T3 Thyroid hormone
– helps with brain fog
– supports neuron function
– repairs DNA
– very important – it helps to flush out viruses!!!!!
– AND MORE!!!
And my favorite non-toxic soap to wash my celery… just a few drops in your sink or bucket of water works like a charm.
I hope EVERYONE joins us on the celery juice train! We need to share this information far and wide as it can help so many people. I would love to hear your comments and feedback after you start on your celery juice. I am already hearing back from my clients and friends who are having life changing results and I know there is more to come!
