Happiness is our true nature. Happiness is an artform.
I choose happy because it makes me happy. 🙂

Vitamins that make a difference…
When your mind is continuously focused on negative thoughts or when you spend all day under stress or in worry and fret, it influences how you think, feel, and act.
When you are happy and have JOY in your life, this also influences how you think, feel, and act.
One of the biggest reasons to shoot for happiness and JOY when it comes to your health, is that you will protect and support your emotional health and well-being. When we feel supported in life, it can make a huge difference, even if that support is coming from ourselves!
Happiness is an indicator that things are going well for you and that your emotional health is stable. Your emotions not only affect how you feel and your behaviors, but they also influence your physical health. So, if you are unhappy and your emotional health is low, then your physical health will suffer, too.
Your emotions can influence your blood pressure, your blood sugar level, your heart rate, your immune system, and much more. When you allow your emotions to control your choices, you might end up making unhealthy choices in what you eat or drink as well as other lifestyle decisions that influence your health. Allowing negative feelings or stress to dominate your emotional health can lead to a lack of self-care and influences everything in your life, including your well-being.
This can also affect all of those around you and it can become very emotionally stressful for everyone as a by-product. The happier and more JOYful we can be, helps not only us to feel, act, and think better, but it helps everyone around us as well… even our pets, believe it or not 🙂
Just engaging in these simple, daily routines and habits can help improve your outlook and allow you to feel happier in life, which will enhance your emotional health immensely. And always remember to be kind to yourself. If you need help practicing kindness for yourself and others, I have some posts on that too. Here is the link to those.
Early this morning I had a bad dream… one of those really bad dreams. I won’t go into details but it was ‘so real’. In my dream my husband had died in a fire in a big building and I thought my daughter had too but she came out. Anyhow while telling my daughter and hubby about the dream, I wept and wept because it was ‘so real’.
My daughter then shared with me about a dream that she had that she will never forget and that had scared her because it was ‘so real’. She started to weep too!
I shared with her an exercise that I use with my coaching clients about using that same emotional power from a dream that seems ‘so real’ for manifesting what we want in life.
For manifesting, we(man) are the main component in creating the manifestation or what we want to create. We need to first visualize/see what we want to happen, or to achieve, or to acquire in our life and then we need to FEEL as though we are already there experiencing that which we wish to create.
It’s just like the dream! The dream ‘feels real’ because you are FEELING the feelings of this event actually occurring. This is a huge big deal. Really think on this. A dream IS real as it is a manifestation of a concept. The key to future manifesting is to first dream up the concept, SEE it, and put the feeling behind it as though it were already real and than detach from the HOW’s of how it will happen and then let the invisible forces go to work to create your manifestation.
This stuff really works. I have seen it happen over and over again in my life and it always seems like a delightful surprise but I know that I created it! And I am getting really really good at this. This works like magic folks. 🙂
I believe in this so much, today I am sharing this same blog post on all of my blogs! 🙂
Have a great day everyone!
We’ve all heard it before and it’s true! Gratitude ROCKS!
Gratitude is one of the most powerful healers for your body, mind and soul. Gratitude is a flood gate to a having a life that you love, loving yourself and loving and enJOYing everyone around you.
Just do it! Do it for your health. Do it for the world. 🙂 We are all in this together and I am grateful for YOU my reader today right now. Namaste. 🙂
Burnout can take on many forms and affect us emotionally, mentally, and physically as well as spiritually. Sometimes it feels like our soul is zapped and we have nothing left to give.
What are some ways that we can avoid these feelings of burnout and lack of vitality?
On a physical level, one might want to look at adrenal burnout. Some symptoms of adrenal burnout are aches and pains, sweet cravings, exhaustion, low blood sugar, trouble getting to sleep and waking up, a reliance on stimulants, a pain in the neck and more. There are lots of great articles and info on supporting the adrenals and I will be sharing some here at this blog as well, but today I want to talk more about the spiritual side of burnout…..
Inspiration or ‘in spirit’ is a force all on its own and when we feel overwhelmed, over burdened or afraid, our inspiration hides itself from us. We become disconnected from our own inspiration and life force.
How do we connect to this inspirational life force? There are many ways but today I will cover a few key ones.
I am going to wrap up for today and let these three ideas or concepts sit with you. I hope you find them helpful and remember you need to adapt and do what works for YOU. It is my only wish that you do for YOU that which brings you JOY and helps you to have more vitality and inspiration in your life.

I was reading an article someone sent to me about the latest wellness trends and what would be popular in 2019. Of course celery juice was #1 on the list. You can learn more about celery juice at my blog post from last year here: Link to Celery Juice 101 Blog Post
But today I want to talk about another trend that I think is awesome! The trend is that people are going to realize that a healthier lifestyle means more than what they eat, how intense their workouts are, etc.
More and more people are coming to realize that the little things we do on a daily basis have a huge impact on our health and peace of mind. These are usually parts of our lives that we take for granted, like spending time with those we love, taking down time, taking a break from technology, reading a book, cooking a meal, playing a board game together, going for a walk, and basically getting back to living and en-JOYing life!
I really love this trend and am inspired to add in more of this life en-JOYment for myself and I hope you too find that 2019 brings you more of the things that make you smile and that connect your with those you love!
